Two Redpaw mushers win awards for exceptional dog care!
Eric Morris won the Cooley Challenge award at the 2008 running of the UP 200 sled dog race. "Every year a musher is selected by the veterinarians for his exemplary care of his dog team. The dogs depend totally on the musher for their care and welfare their entire lives. Lance Mackey was given the Veterinarian's Choice Award during the Finish Banquet of the 2008 Yukon Quest. "Presented to the musher who demonstrates outstanding canine care for their dogs throughout the race, in the best spirit of the Yukon Quest. This award is a legacy for aspiring mushers to emulate in the humane treatment and care of their team. Nominees voted on by the race veterinarians."

"My husband was very excited to note that Redpaw Feeds has changed their dog food bags. He was clearly attracted to the shiny new tarp-like material and the NASCAR styling. After I (finally) emptied the first bag, he ran this tote bag up on his sewing machine within fifteen minutes.
It does smell a bit fishy. I can only hope that subsequent versions will include washing prior to assembly.
